1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TechMinds Software Solutions services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

TechMinds provides enterprise software solutions including:

• FieldPro Control - Field Operations Management
• ManOps ERP - Manufacturing Operations Platform
• AuditTrak - Audit & Compliance Management
• EduEvent - Event Management for Educational Institutions

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or viruses
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Payment Terms

All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Payment is due as per the agreed schedule in your subscription agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by TechMinds Software Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our cloud services. Detailed SLA terms are provided in your enterprise agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechMinds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms.
